Frequently asked questions

No sales spin — the same answers we'd give you on a call.

What does the monthly plan cost?

The managed services plan starts at $4,000 per month. Larger orgs — more users, more complexity, more clouds — typically fall between $4,000 and $6,000.

Who is this for?

Companies using Salesforce that need broader coverage than a single admin can provide. That usually means teams without a dedicated full-time admin, teams whose admin is stretched thin, or companies who want strategic RevOps input alongside day-to-day execution.

What's included in the monthly fee, and what gets scoped separately?

The monthly fee covers ongoing administration, monthly org health checks, RevOps and GTM advisory, and up to three hours of developer time each month for approved technical work. Larger or more technical projects — custom Apex development, complex integrations, full implementations, large data migrations, major reconfiguration — are scoped separately as fixed-price or fixed-hour engagements before any work begins.

Can you work alongside an in-house admin?

Yes. We typically handle strategic work, proactive monitoring, and technical escalations so the in-house admin can stay focused on user support and day-to-day operations. Many of our engagements are structured this way.

Is there a minimum term?

There is no minimum term — the plan is month-to-month.

How does the guarantee work on the monthly plan?

If the engagement is not working in the first 90 days, we refund everything you paid. No cancellation fee.

How quickly can you start?

We can start same day.

Do you use offshore or subcontracted staff?

No. Everyone on your account is on our US-based in-house team.
